Patna: Students from various colleges in Patna on Tuesday participated in a debate competition sponsored by Eco Task Force of the Patna Women’s College (PWC) and the Bihar Renewable Energy Development Agency to mark the ongoing Rajiv Gandhi Renewable Energy Program.
